Breakfast. Shuttle. It's neat and cozy. The staff is amazing.

Friendly staff. Jay was the best! Very helpful and friendly. Recommended

Location due to near the airport.

I read a lot of reviews of this place online and I have to say they are all majorly outdated, the place is now extremely clean, and very comfortable to live in, they seemed to have fixed all issues with leaks and the holes in the ground, which gives the place a great look, the bed is extremely comfortable and quite large which was excellent. The tv was high quality and we received towels and shower equipment for our stay, if you are reading the reviews just know they are massively outdated and I highly recommend this place!

Very welcoming ,nice and clean hotel, room very good ,stayed twice that week and enjoyed chatting with the reception.

For the purpose of my travel (spend 1 night after long transatlantic flight), the hotel was great: clean, quiet, friendly staff.

Very good and cooperative staff members

Rooms are very clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent with many choices.

Staff was very welcoming. They changed the room right away. The original room was a little strange in terms of layout and dark. I was immediately moved with no fuss of any sort. The front desk staff was excellent.

Very big comfortable room They let many people check-in in 2-3 hours BEFORE official check-in time!!! So I could checked-in straight from airport. Bravo! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The location was great I was able to use the train and the fashion outlet next to the hotel helped me a lot

Complimentary Airport transfer shuttle was great.

Close to airport, as a bonus it was also close to the theatre.

Huge room, had everything I needed, good breakfast, helpful staff, convenient for short stays when you need to be near the airport

Property was clean and well maintained

The room was comfortable, pool facilities were great, and staff very friendly!

Location, room size, and facilities, in the hotel, ease of access from O’Hare Airport, and the eateries which was located near by the hotel, hotel was also only been open for three months.
