Staff was very welcoming. They changed the room right away. The original room was a little strange in terms of layout and dark. I was immediately moved with no fuss of any sort. The front desk staff was excellent.

Location due to near the airport.

I read a lot of reviews of this place online and I have to say they are all majorly outdated, the place is now extremely clean, and very comfortable to live in, they seemed to have fixed all issues with leaks and the holes in the ground, which gives the place a great look, the bed is extremely comfortable and quite large which was excellent. The tv was high quality and we received towels and shower equipment for our stay, if you are reading the reviews just know they are massively outdated and I highly recommend this place!

Very big comfortable room They let many people check-in in 2-3 hours BEFORE official check-in time!!! So I could checked-in straight from airport. Bravo! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The location was great I was able to use the train and the fashion outlet next to the hotel helped me a lot

Close to airport, as a bonus it was also close to the theatre.

Nice service, Good breakfast, Perfect location; and, very frequent free shuttle bus to airport! If you like to go downtown having a siteseeing, there is a train station nearby!

Location, spacious accommodation, housekeeping, breakfast choices were excellent, evening cocktails were a fantastic extra included in our stay. Staff so accommodating. All together a wonderful stay! We’ll be back, shopping mall within walking distance, lots of great bargains! Loved every moment.

Property was clean and well maintained

Location, room size, and facilities, in the hotel, ease of access from O’Hare Airport, and the eateries which was located near by the hotel, hotel was also only been open for three months.
