We have stayed here before ( booked by our daughter for us) as it is convenient to where we lived for 50+ years when we come back to Mpls to visit family and friends

We had a king room which was very spacious. The white bedding was very bright and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

The breakfast was awesome. The staff were accommodating to every request. The spread was substantial and well presented. There ambiance was pleasant with various options for seating. There were also adequate TV screens which allowed visibility from any seat in the restaurant.

The hotel is clean, smells fresh, and the room is very comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the location is convenient with free parking available. Great value overall

The room was much larger than I expected. I was overjoyed when we walked through the door!

Really nice hotel with the most friendly and helpful reception staff around. Nice and comfortable suite, with an excellent bed.

Breakfast was not included. The restaurant was available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the coffee shop or diner.. Rooms were clean, beds were great. Pool was fun. Staff was very accommodating. We actually stayed our first and last night of our trip. and were quite content.

Great modern hotel, connected to the mall so you can walk straight into the mall from the hotel. Great Gym and pool. Nice staff.

The shuttle bus excellent and Randy the driver came into the airport to look for me Room very clean. Toiletries provided. Coffee maker, fridge and microwave in room. Bed really comfortable and plenty of pillows Well stocked shop in lobby including snacks and soft drinks. Could do with putting some beers in there 😜

The Most~ Breakfast. EMPLOYEE "O" (the Breakfast Supervisor) stands out 100%. He does his job with excellence. His task is not just the work of filling tummies!! **on that note, it is very apparent he has taken a food handling course. (His job, to ensure we don't get sick after because of poor food safety) ** He deals with sleepy grumpy People, answering questions and filling needs faithfully, most consistently, and with a gentle grace and patience. The two mornings we were there...December 16-17 2023 "O" quietly served us, quietly and with intent. He did this to all those eating there. It was like we meant the World to him. Intent~ "O" kept filling up the food right to the end....for all the late comers. His intent delivers the standards of Best Western. From all the staff we had met I will remember one face and one face only ~ "O" the gentle servant..... the Face of Best Western Bloomington, Minneapolis 2023! Congratulations Best Western, hiring "O" is so much beyond Diversity. His work effort, the standard of cleanliness, knowlng the importance of cleaning a table top vs. a seat, keeping separate cloths (my biggest pet pieve.) He worked to be a blessing to all. I don't know too many with the same "chutzpah", drive to excellence!! This young man encourages us to return again, by his ACTIONS! And, because our stay was close to the standards we expected, we will return. The Price was good, the Equipment good , value very good....as good as the ad promised. We both appreciated our stay~ 'O" took it to a new level.... That alone made all the difference. Post Note: the Employees we did encounter were "ok". Stayed here many times, enjoy the layout and the fact rooms have been updated

Property smelled great in lobby- coffee-bright open space for check in on second floor. Check in desk clerk had a genuine smile and checked me in early and quickly.
