Spacious, clean and verhy friendly and helpful staff

Nice 'retro' hotel (a bit MCM). Room was very nice and beds were comfortable. The staff were very nice and very professional (they were dealing with a bit of an emergency while we were checking in and did an excellent job of customer service).

Great staff. Clean surroundings. Clean room. Very quiet room by the Front Desk during the NASCAR Race weekend from Oct 19 to 22, 2023. Hopefully Belmont Inn & Suites keep their room rates reasonable every year during NASCAR weekends? Not like ALL the other crooks (property managers) that hike up their room rates within the greater Homestead/Florida City, FL area during the NASCAR weekend! Close to Starbucks, Homestead-Miami Speedway, Luvs Car Wash and many restaurants! Less than a 2 hour incredible scenic drive to beautiful Key West...a must for ALL to experience!!! Location location location and the staff treat you like family!

Pleasantly comfortable, staff went above and beyond including sorting me a room key when I locked mine within accidentally and was in a rush to get back out to go to an event.

The rooms were new and very clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good for American standards.

Good location between Miami, Everglades and Key west. Good size room with comfortable beds. Nice to have breakfast available to start our day. Friendly staff. Plenty of free parking.

The best breakfast that we had in Florida motels - possibility to cook for yourself waffels (easy and fast). Super close to Everglades Alligator farm. Our room was clean and we could't hear our neighbours - we had a good night sleep.
