We stayed at this resort because I had to have surgery and it was close to the surgery center. The staff at the front desk was so accommodating. They were friendly and willing to help with any questions we had. They exceeded all expectations. Housekeeping was exceptinal. Thr grounds were well kept and clean.

Disappointing. Booking included Breakfast. No Breakfast. It seemed like all guests were grouped together, making for noise and congestion. Beds, while comfortable, made a banging sound. Better choices available for the money.

Pensacola Historic District is great!
Pensacola Historic District is great! We got tickets on the Hop on Hop Off and it was helpful to get a feel for the area. We ate at some of the best restaurants, The Iron, Kalbi Intchiban, O'Reily's and Nicks Boathouse. We did not have a bad meal the entire time and coming from Palm Beach, we are somewhat picky about restaurants. Getting around is really easy especially if you stay close to the historic district.

Pensacola is really like a "Tale of Two Cities". The beaches are great but when you are in the actual city area, there are homeless beggars on nearly every corner, run down businesses and houses everywhere. The closer you are and more you do on the beaches, the better. Lots to do at the beaches and the prices are reasonable.

I loved everything about this place . The people were amazing and so friendly . All the restaurants we chose were fabulous and our kids enjoyed each place we took them . So much to do . Next time we need 2 weeks . The beach was so clean and beautiful. We had a blow out leaving and soon as it happened a gentlemen pulled over and helped us . Nothing like that ever happens . We got stuck first day there in some sand and someone stopped in just minutes and pulled us out . Never happens where we live . Dog jumped in husbands lap and he just went rite off the road a bit . Hospitality was amazing . Perfect place for a pet friendly vacation. The apartment we rented was perfect and not one issue with nothing But Blue skies rentals . We will be back soon as we get the money . Thank y’all for making our family vacation the best we have ever had . Praise God and God bless Pensacola Florida bussiness and people .

Beach was beautiful as always.
Beach was beautiful as always. There is quite a bit of June grass right now but that will subside in a few weeks. Flounders on the beach was great. Blue Angels is something to see and a short drive from the house and the kids will love it! (its also free for the practice and museum)

The staff was amazing! We were greeted with friendly faces by Abby and a sweet young man ( his name escapes me but he told us he used to live in Hawaii.) The breakfast attendant was the sweetest person! The ladies who checked us out were also very friendly and prompt with service. The beds were comfortable. We didn't use the pool but it looked very inviting. The location was near lots.of shopping (the reason for our trip to Pensacola). We will definitely be staying at this hotel during our Pensacola trips from now on.

Powder creamer isn’t my thing but the good coffee rocked compared to other places that only have a hint of coffee in their hot water. Great having a fridge and microwave too. Great prices too. We stayed the first night of vacation and last here to extended our vacation for cheap. We spent the week at Surf and Sand at Pensacola Beach. Definitely doing this again every time.

Beautiful newly renovated building. Great decor and very comfortable beds. Cute speakeasy and restaurant on site. Kari was wonderful and arranged cleaning for us on the second day when requested. We will definitely return and our family in Pensacola has stated that it is very hard to make a reservation here showing it’s popularity.
