Room was clean and very spacious. The pool and hot tub were also very clean and heated. And the staff was very friendly.

I loved the central location and the whole vibe of the hotel. It takes you back in time with it's original ambiance, the iron bed in the room and the vintage radio, you can really get a feel of how it used to be. It's a beautiful, authentic, historic hotel. Yes it is noisy but they are very clear about that. The restaurant is great too. The staff are great. Nice and clean and comfortable.

I loved the small touches, sun cream at the poolside, water at the poolside.

Staff were simply fantastic and so understanding. They emphasised with the issues I encountered in my previously booked hotel and they allowed me to securely store my carry-on a day before my check in. The room was spacious and with lots of natural light in the morning which I appreciated, well-equipped and with complimentary bottled water provided in the fridge. Breakfast included a variety/selection of buffet or an a-la-cart menu. Food was fresh and delicious! The hotel location is also great, just 5 minutes away from the nearest tram station, that you can use for free in Tucson, or you can simply walk in Downtown and the Historic Fourth Avenue areas. Overall, it was a lovely stay at Double Tree by Hilton in Downtown Tucson!

Great place to stay. Very clean and well maintained. The little things have been considered like a night light in the bathroom to name one. The bed was so very comfortable. Lovely outdoor seating area. Totally recommend this place. Eateries and artisan shops around the corner. Ace!
