We were not use to the high temperatures, but everywhere we went people were friendly, helpful and we enjoyed the great food, especially the Puerto Rican family owen restaurant, Batey, very authentic and Locale, excellent service, lovely area inside and out and totally delicious food!

I love Tucson. I used to live in this city.

I love Tucson. I used to live in this city. It took a while to get it. But there are beautiful places to hike or watch the sunset on the outskirts of Tucson, and the downtown and university areas are weird and funky in a good way. Friendly people with all sorts of interesting backgrounds.

Tucson is my home town I was born there it will always be a place I love! But my dad just passed away which was why I was back in Tucson and he was the last and only reason to be there. Everyone else in my family has moved away to other places in Arizona or in different states .

The staffs were very responsive and helpful.

The staffs were very responsive and helpful. I've left my DL there during our cross country from California to Florida, got a courteously text from one of the staff while in El Paso TX. stated that my driver license was still in their front desk. I immediately contact them and asked if it can be sent to my home address in Florida. A week later, I did receive my DL in the mail. Thank you

Tucson felt very centered around the university, which suited our college visit, but we didn’t explore much beyond that. The weather was quite hot for late March, which limited how much we wanted to be outside. It seems like a great destination for hiking and outdoor activities, but for our short, college-focused trip, we didn’t find a lot else to do.

Beautiful and hot.

Beautiful and hot. We expected to golf in 80 degree weather but it was 100's, but not humid. The traffic is pretty heavy sometimes, but the roads are designed well and 45mph is the limit for most roads. The drivers are courteous and are very cooperative. Didn't see a single car accident. Restaurants get full pretty often and parking can be an issue. Prices in Tucson were lower than home. Some places have high numbers of homeless folks and some definitely high on drugs, so be careful driving in these areas. The airport setup was good, TSA was fast and checking fast and courteous a United Airlines. All our bags, and golf clubs made it with us. Hertz rental had only 3/8 of a tank of gas so check yours and tell them before you take it. Will go back again and golf, but only if it is cooler. The Pima Air Museum was awesome and a must see. Huge, and lots of airplanes. A must see!

Check-in was quick and easy. The room was nice and big, clean, and with a comfortable bed. There was only a small window, but as the view was of the car park, I didn't mind. The bathroom was small and compact, but decent. Breakfast was the usual choice, and there was plenty of it. Toaster could have been a bit better, but it did the job. The fitness room wasn't available, but guests could use the facility in the hotel next door. Check out was also quick and easy. Overall a reasonable airport hotel for an overnight stay.

The pool! The weather was wonderful for January and the pool was heated. No one else there. I have a lovely hour's swim. Large room. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Shuttle bus to the airport. The staff were lovely. The coffee maker in our room had the wrong pods for the machine and the cleaner knocked on the door at 8.30 am when we had a 12pm check out so the lady at the front desk gave us complimentary coffee and a free breakfast. It is the only hotel by the airport that has a restaurant.

The value for the 2-room suite was exceptional, it was a most welcome and pleasant surprise. The room was partitioned into two main rooms, one, the living room and kitchen, and second the bedroom and separate bathroom. I will gladly stay there again on my next trip to Tucson. As a bonus, Snooze restaurant is a short walk from the hotel for a great breakfast
