Great and helpful staff. Very clean. Basic motel, but with all you need, incl fridge, micro and coffee-maker in room. Nice fire place outside sitting area. Very nice and clean pools, both indoor and outdoor. Close to Marconi beach.

Property and room was clean! The room was spacious and comfortable, and property was cozy and i felt safe. Warm smiles from the woman working at the front desk. Great value for the price. Just a 30 min drive from Provincetown, and close to a bunch of beaches! Atlantic or bay, whatever you prefer!

This was a very comfortable stay, I liked the parking right at the door of your unit, nice outdoor area to have picnic, play basketball and go for a swim. There's a woodland to take a stroll in too. Spacious rooms and had everything you need. Tea and coffee at the main office when feeling like it. There's a good restaurant right next door. Room has reliable heater or a/c and showe, as well as fridge and microwave which came in handy.

Wellfleet offers necessary amenities -- restaurants and grocery stores -- as well as beautiful beaches, biking and hiking trails, art galleries, a movie theater, and other activities that make this part of the Cape feel like a true escape.

This is a great place to relax, enjoy the pools, the hot tub, the delicious breakfasts at Harrigan’s the onsite restaurant and spend time with family or friends. The staff is also so nice and very friendly and helpful any time I needed

Wellfleet doesn't have much... but Cape Cod is overrated in...

Wellfleet doesn't have much... but Cape Cod is overrated in my mind, Beautiful beaches and a nice rail trail, Provincetown is nice but too much touristic. From all our trip, this is the part we would drop.

Don't waste your money. Find another place. The property does not look like the pictures. The peeling paint on the outside of the building should have been a clue. The person there to check us in was useless. And there is no staff after 5pm. The room smells of early attic musty and dank with very little lighting. The room was filled with early salvation army furniture with no place to put things and no room to walk. The ceiling had water damage and peeling paint. The best was the bathroom with a rusty clawfoot tub retrofitted with a shower that dripped all night which you need a step ladder for and avoid the Strang blue ring. The TV was streaming only so if you don't have a streaming service it just takes up room you could put your stuff. But don't worry the room as two very inconvenient plugs you are afraid to use in fear you may burn the place down. Breakfast was served around 8:30 or latter in a very small room where guests are encouraged to eat outside if they don't want to be in some else's lap. The food was just the was not very good with no real choices. Coffee was a Keurig that every one had to wait in line for. In short, we left early because staying there made us feel itchy.

We loved playing at the Cape Cod National Seashore.

We loved playing at the Cape Cod National Seashore. Our grandkids (ages 6 and 10) loved playing in the waves and picking up crab shells and pretty rocks. Also, loved Sunday breakfast at Van Renssalaers restaurant - kid friendly even though a little fancy.
