Staff, they were so helpful, they helped us a lot even in very small things she was helping us. She even lent me her scooter without any of my IDs..she trusted me, and she didn't asked for any charges. The atmosphere there was the best.. because of staff our time in dalat became more good. We will definitely remember this. We will miss you for sure. ❤️

The image portrayed on booking.com raised expectations; but the room was disappointing: a window to the interior stairwell, no exterior window, no air conditioning, very simple furnishings, beds not particularly comfortable, but the room was reasonably clean and staff helpful and professional.
