They anticipated my every need, from providing free airport transfers to offering a variety of complimentary beverages (house wine, coffee, tea) and snacks (cookies - cupcakes - nuts). The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. The spacious, clean room even included a walk-in closet. The experience was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. To top it off, the spa treatments were top-notch

Everything was perfect. Spacious, comfy room with aircon. Beatiful garden inside the complex with rooms overlooking it. Fantastic, most helpfil staff - all of them - janitors, waiters, receptionist, forgive me for not listing every staff member. Great food in restaurant for reasonable price, huge choice for breakfast. The pool with jacuzzi. Quiet location but not far from centre (20 minutes walk).

The Lodge was extremely comfortable. The staff were excellent and breakfast fantastic. We very much enjoyed dinner at their dining room on our last night with the food being of a outstanding level. The staff organised all of our activities during the stay including transfers. If you are going to Victoria Falls, this is a great choice for accomodation. Also only a short taxi ride from town.

The hotel is a little oasis in the heart of the city. It’s always clean and the food from chop chop was amazing. It’s definitely one of the best places to stay in Harare. The location and facilities make it perfect for those on business or looking to explore Harare. I will definitely be staying there again.
