Everything about this property was excellent. From its location—close to many of Montreal’s popular neighborhoods—to the cleanliness and the host’s responsiveness, everything was handled perfectly. We had a wonderful time during our stay. The property had two air conditioners, and even in August (the hottest time in Montreal) the indoor temperature stayed pleasant. There was plenty of free street parking in the neighborhood, as well as an ample supply of towels and cleaning materials to keep the place tidy. Our group of 6 also had no issues with the adequacy of dishes (something a few previous reviews had mentioned). The property included a dishwasher, which we used twice during our six-day stay. Overall, this was one of the best owner-managed properties I’ve ever stayed at. Strongly recommended if you are traveling with a large group.

Amazing condo in a great location. Set aside from busting streets of Montreal, but close enough to get to downtown in 20 minutes on feet and in 30 minutes to Old Town. The place has a lot of loving touches, sparkling clean, and was much larger than what we thought we were getting based on photos. The neighborhood is quiet and has a character. Easy access to highways and lots of public transit options available.
