Apartment was nice and clean, the area was exceptionaly great, easy access to all moda of transportation, close to Convinient store, Cafe/Bakery. All facilities is in good condition, good to have the Washing and Dryer. Bed was comfortable.

I really liked how clean and well-maintained the place was. It was very comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. I particularly liked the fact that the kitchen was stocked with utensils and cookware so I could cook my own meals. The added bonus of having a gym as well as an outdoor patio area on the building's 2nd floor with barbecue grills was unexpected and most welcome. The location was great: convenient, quiet, but close to shops and restaurants as well as the ION light rail that runs between Kitchener and Waterloo. Overall, it was a delightful and pleasant place to stay that exceeded my expectations.
