The hotel is isolated, so you can get complete silence for good night sleep. Still the hotel is 5 minutes walk from walking street and near the blue-taxi lanes that go over all Pattaya. The hotel also have decent pools. The room itself is more like a condo, you have AC in every room, a tv with nice sofa, like living room area, and also dining table with equipment to make your own food. The check-in and check-out was easy and the owner was very responsive for every text I sent. The room was clean at check-in.

Checking in was easy. The room was clean, it had a nice balcony and the bathroom was nice. Rooftop pool was a great place to watch the sunset. Parking was included. Wifi was decent.

Room interior is very old and damage bed sheet and bed is very old and too much used bed mattress is uncomfortable walls and door all this is cracked and dirty and damaged very very poor quality is not worth don’t destroy money only view is perfect but i totally disappoin i stay room 3404 before a week same problem now i stay 3815 same old things
