The condo was very clean and updated. The property is quiet and the beach/pool areas are very well kept. Will definitely be back. Also, it is within walking distance to everything so you don’t need to rent a car to enjoy the area and get groceries, etc during your stay. Perfect location and the condo was beautiful.

I was very pleased with this condo. Location was great it was by far the shortest walk to the beach I have ever had to the beach I have ever had in Cocoa beach. Kathy was great and very quick in her responding to any questions.We will be returning to Spanish Main in the future.
