The bed was super comfortable, and I slept really well. Everything was clean and exactly as described. I really appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely recommend staying here.

Highly recommend staying here, it felt just like home, if not better! It is extremely spacious and comfortable and has all the amenities one could need. Plus, the view from the balcony is stunning. It has greenery all around and views of the ocean, can't ask for anything else. The host, Sam, and the caretaker, Miriam, were extremely responsive and helpful. North Chaweng beach is a five minute walk and Central Samui is 15 minutes away by car. There are some lovely restaurants within walking distance. Definitely try Phensiri, which is a two minute walk away and is a Michelin restaurant. We would definitely come back and stay here again and recommend it to others too.

Paul was so communicative—checking in to make sure we didn’t have any questions and making us feel very welcome. The pictures are 100% accurate of what the place looks like. It was so clean and well decorated, very easy to cook some meals, do your laundry, hang out on the balcony and walk down to the pool/gym. We were so sad to leave Paul’s place and hope we can make it back to visit one day!

Replay Condo Studio Room er staðsett á Bangrak-ströndinni og býður upp á gistirými með loftkælingu, setlaug, sundlaugarútsýni og verönd. The complex the apartment is located in is really nice and the host is always available to help. It a bit between two major locations (Bophut and Bang Rak) and so transportation is required to reach the popular areas, but there are several restaurants and bars within the immediate vicinity. Like other people have said, the place could use a refreshing, and I have no doubt the owner will handle it. Beyond that, it's well equipped and the complex is quite a joy. It's surprisingly quiet for how it's laid out. The bathroom is modern. The AC works well, as does the washing machine. The bed is on the firmer side, but the pillows are comfortable.
