Even before we arrived Tony was a fantastic host with great communication and handy tips for us for sightseeing and the local town. The place itself is rustic, comfy, and in a fantastic location in terms of the the town itself (General Store and Pub only a very short 2 min walk), and also centrally in terms of sightseeing around the area. Really homely feel to the place with lots of cushions and rugs to get comfy and lots of beautiful touches. Lovely large shower, lots of books and games for the family, and plenty of spots to sit and have a cuppa and enjoy the surrounds.

Very spacious and welcoming; everthing catered for. Deb is a great host and communication was good. Plenty of artwork and reading material. Central location to the Otways. General store and gallery next door, pub down the road.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Kellyran Country House for two nights in Beech Forest, and we must say, it was an extraordinary experience. We even managed to light a fire in the fireplace thanks to the clear instructions given, and it added to the already wonderful ambiance. The location was perfect, surrounded by nature and offering a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. In sum, our stay at Kellyran Country House was nothing short of fantastic, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you for providing such an outstanding retreat. Additionally, the location of Kellyran Country House is conveniently close to all the major attractions in the area, including the breathtaking waterfalls, thrilling ziplining adventures, and the stunning Otways. Very comfortable, clean cottage in a great location between the 2 sets of waterfalls and close to the cafe and Beechy Hotel (great meals and friendly service). Full kitchen with an oven and great utensils and cooking necessities eg cooking oil. Very quiet. Had both a heater and air-conditioning. Good internet.
