FranceThe owner is someone who is really discreet but also really caring about his visitors. We were greatly welcomed. He helped us to find solutions when my wife sprained her ankles while visiting Kunming, and even guided us to some small and unknown locations around the city.
The room is located at the 3rd floor of the house, and there is a small and beautiful terrace with lots of flowers and plants. It's really nice to just spend some time in there and just run away from the big city.
As for the transport, since the place is not directly into Kunming, the owner can drop you at the nearest subway station if you desire. We did not think of that as a problem.
It's a great and exclusive experience to be able to live near the city while enjoying the countryside of Kunming.
