Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, sea view and a balcony, Villa Sa Torre Blanca is located in Colonia de Sant Pere.

We spent at Villa Sa Torre Blanca one week in July from our two weeks at Mallorca. If we knew how this property is amazing we would be there both two weeks Villa has unique vibe, very large garden with many shadow places where to relax and read books. Of course also great pool , private tower for nice view to the mountains or to the see. All is very clean, some parts of the house historical some new. The village, San Pere is small quite place, no massive turistic spot at all. Small quite beach 10min from house or closer sea access via lava rocks. Village has a few nice restaurants and few glocery shops with very good sortiment Miguel as a host is very suportive, all was remote, smooth Thanks a lot for nice moments at your Villa! Karel & co.

We liked everything about it. The location was great, the host was very caring, house was clean and comfortable. The local grocery stores were stocked well. We will be back.

Situated in Colonia de Sant Pere, 300 metres from S’Estanyol Beach and 700 metres from S'Arenal Beach, S Estanyol offers a garden and air conditioning.

The villa itself is great. Lots of space and all the things you will need for a comfortable stay. The aircon is a lifesaver during the hot afternoons. There is a lot of different outside seating and areas to relax. There were lots of towels available and bedding if needed. There was a bit of an ant issue with them coming in the kitchen so best to keep things in the fridge, this must be an issue in lots of houses here. We had a car and I would suggest that is needed as you are a distance from the local shops and from the nicer beaches with the very clear sandy shores (about 30mins away in several directions, lots of nice beaches and Arta for shops).

Our host, Angelina, was very kind and very helpful. She lives a few houses down the road and was available for any questions or problems we (might) have. We enjoyed our stay in Del Mar 37 because of the nice location and the tranquility. Everything we needed was present in the house, especially in the kitchen. We have no remarks or bad comments about this accomodation. It was great!
