The location of the apartment is just amazing. Near to Old Town, near to many good restaurants as well as near to Rivera. Perfect 👌 Also really quite place not noisy, love it ❤️

From the moment we arrived at Villa RoseMary, we knew we'd chosen somewhere special. We received the warmest of welcomes from Ivan, whose enthusiasm and positivity were as bright as the Croatian sunshine! He took the time to show us around the villa, explain everything we needed to know and make us feel completely at home. We were also very grateful to be allowed an early check-in, which was such a thoughtful gesture after travelling. The villa itself exceeded every expectation. It was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, incredibly modern and equipped with absolutely everything we could have needed. The hosts had even left some lovely treats for us to enjoy on arrival and thoughtfully provided inflatables for the pool. Small touches that made a big difference and showed how much they genuinely care about their guests' experience. Throughout the host kept in touch without being intrusive. The outdoor space was beautiful. The pool was the perfect size, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, parasols and luxury beach towels. It was a wonderfully relaxing place to spend the day. Inside, the villa was equally impressive. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped and the gym was a huge bonus. For me, it meant I could enjoy the perfect balance of relaxing, indulging a little and still fitting in a workout each day. I came home feeling refreshed, fit and healthy, which made the holiday even more enjoyable. The location couldn't have suited us better either. Beautiful beaches were just one way, while the stunning Old Town of Split was the other, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Croatia itself is a truly beautiful country, and everywhere we went we found the people to be incredibly welcoming and hospitable. Had a great stay here as a solo traveler. The hosts were very kind and always ready to help if needed. The location is perfect, close to the city center but still quiet and peaceful. The views are amazing and it’s a really relaxing spot near Split. The place itself was clean and had everything I needed. Would definitely recommend!

Charming house in a beautiful setting! The hosts were very attentive, helpful, responsive to our requests, and very pleasant. 😄 We had a wonderful stay!

The property was clean and had good facilities. It was very well located for the beach and town. It was perfect for a family get together, allowing us to spend time together but also providing an ideal space to come and go from as we pleased. The hosts, Marcella and Nino, couldn’t have been more helpful. Our plans changed at the last minute and they went out of their way to support us. They also helped us during our stay with advice and day trips.

Lovely spot with spacious accommodation and a large plot with pool, table tennis table and putting area. There is also a large lawn with 2 goal posts which is ideal for children or adults to kick a ball around. Gordan our host was excellent and communicated with us both before and during our stay to check everything was ok.

We had the pleasure of staying at Andrea’s villa, and it was an unforgettable experience. The villa itself is stunning, with a beautiful pool and a fantastic setting that offers both relaxation and luxury. Andrea was an exceptional host, always ready to help and provide valuable advice to make our stay even better. Her warm welcome and continuous support throughout our visit truly made us feel at home. If you’re looking for a perfect getaway, this villa is the place to be. Highly recommended! We can’t wait to return.

We spent a week in this small but cosy house. The house is located in a quiet yard which is very important if you have problems with sleeping. We had rooms on three floors and a terrace at our disposal. The house is equipped with everything necessary for comfortable stay (electric devices, clean linen, beach towels, household chemicals etc) On arrival we received a compliment from Milijana and a nice note. We would like to emphasise the excellent location. The sea, the square, cafes, shops are very close (just a couple of minutes). The owner is always on call, she is very pleasant to talk to. We requested for a later check-out, for which we would like to thank her. We have very warm and pleasant impressions of our stay in this house.

The property was absolutely beautiful, everything was finished to such a high standard. Beds were super comfortable, the hosting was incredible with great local knowledge - would definitely stay again.

Super spacious, beautifully designed house in a great location. Everything feels very modern, luxurious, and well thought out, with plenty of space even for a larger group (We were 11). The house was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially loved the outdoor area and pool, and the location was perfect for exploring Kaštela, Trogir, Split, and the surrounding area. At the same time, the house itself was a great place to simply spend the day and relax without needing to go anywhere. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed our time here. The house looks just as impressive in person as in the photos, and we would definitely recommend it to families or groups looking for a spacious, modern and luxurious place to stay near Split.
