The house is amazing! Even more beautiful than the pictures, the outside area is great too, loved the sound of the river near by! Our family had a great time together spending Easter and our toddlers christening. Location was perfect for taking photos!

Skryne Castle is a fantastic venue for a party or gathering. It is absolutely stunning, inside and out. Great value. The location, surrounded by peaceful fields but within an hour drive of Dublin, is idyllic. I only wish we had had more time to explore the local area. I would book again for a similar event in a heartbeat and look forward to doing so some day. Everybody was in awe.

The house was spacious, clean and beautifuly decorated, the keepers were very helpful with a couple of issues and we had everything we needed on site. Groceries shop was a short walk away and really lovely local pub nearby. They also were able to accommodate a slightly earlier checking which was helpful after a very early flight! It was lovely to stay in such a lovely location with friends and I look forward to coming back and would recommend the place for any group looking to stay in the area
