Just 200 Mt from Sunset point, gives you access to the beach anytime. Waking up to the chirping of birds and the freshness of fruit trees was a good experience We went for a morning walk to the beach. Location is 10 on 10 Cleanliness 10 on 10 Facilities 10 on 10 The place is neat and clean and well kept. Towels, shampoo and soap were provided.. There is a fruit orchard attached to the property. Ac and fan both works well. Free Car parking is available.

I am not expecting before I visited to this place....lot of amenities are there ...it is marvellous.......very excellent place for family or friends budget stay in Kanniyakumari.....we are not feel like, we are staying in villa....it feels like we are staying in my home.... We stayed there for one day. It is around 1.5 km from kanyakumari beach. It can be reached by car. It is a new furnished home. The house has two floors. We (2+2) stayed at first floor. It has 2 rooms, 1 small kitchen, 1 hall and 1 sitout. Hall has one Sofa, 1 TV, small library, 2 chairs. The house has free wifi. Both rooms are air conditioned, Each room has one king-size bed, 2pillows, bedsheet, towel, one makeup table. Bathroom was common. Bathroom is well maintained and clean. Support staff provided mineral water for consumption. They provided morning breakfast. Provided 20 idly, chutni, sambar, 6vadai. Overall it is a fantastic place to stay for couples. It has a small garden. Air flow was good. We enjoyed the freeze at night. Support staffs were easily reachabl and friendly
