Cottages in Spring Rises

The house was cute and had more amenities than other places I have stayed. I also liked that it was a gated community, there’s always a security guard at the gate monitoring people entering

We loved the location, the safety of the community, the hosts were available and attentive and also provided transportation an an extremely reasonable cost

Three bedrooms and four bathrooms in a cozy, spacious, clean, and complete house for you to have the greatest time with friends and family.

Convenience and ease of access to other areas included in our trip

Everything about the property and location was very good.

We were able to cook our own breakfast. Place is very clean, they had pots and pans available to use.

Vey peaceful both owner and management were great help during stay I look Forward to stay again

Great location, attractive outdoor, a sense of comfort and security that the property provides.

It was fantastic ,we travel has a family of 3, the rooms were spacious ,have our own bathroom, we booked unit #3 we were never disappointed, this this the best so far ,we usually go to hotels but getting to love the Anb , because of more family bond , Miguel the host his wonder, love to book again for Christmas with more families members 😄😄😄😄

The owner was very communicative and quick to respond or send assistance whenever any questions or issues arose. The house is lovely, spacious and well decorated. The a/c in the queen room is icy cold and fantastic. The a/c in the double room was not as cold but still fantastic to have during these hot, humid days. The couch is softer than it looks so sit gently and enjoy. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Not too soft or too firm. The refrigerator is very cold and was perfect for us to have our own groceries with us. There were even ice trays already filled with ice waiting for us, as well as bottles of water and a few snacks. There was ample dishware and cooking tools to prepare and enjoy all of our meals. The washing machine was great for washing our laundry before we left and hanging it on the line to dry. So we had clean clothes to take back with us, instead of repacking dirty. The house is very secure, though I'll admit it took some help from the owner to find the lock on the gate. We felt very safe. The shower was cool, refreshing and very powerful, so after long days at the beach, we were able to get nice and clean. This house was about 5mins drive to the nearest beach. I highly recommend traveling the coast and trying several different beaches, as we did. Each one was so different from the next and they were all within reasonable driving distance from this house. This was a fantastic place to stay and thankfully affordable as well, for my family. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. * Note that my pictures are from just before we left so the blankets are folded as we left them instead of the beds made up as beautifully as when we arrived
