Cottages in Moi

House was lovely and clean with a good view. The exception with cleanliness was the cellar where the washer and dryer are located. The washer and dryer are a BIG PLUS though! We were sent clear instructions for getting in. There's a second toilet in the cellar, though we didn't need to use it. The bed is fine if one doesn't have to share it. There's a fair bit of movement when one gets in or out of bed. The upstairs was warm, so my husband just slept on his duvet in the other big bedroom. (We couldn't find a second fitted sheet.) I used my own thin pillow, but my husband thought the pillows were fine. The shower temperature stayed steady and the pressure was fine (but see note below about the well). I thought the shower water would get all over the bathroom floor, but it didn't. Do the host a favor and don't leave wet things on the bathroom window sill even though it makes a good shelf. The location was very quiet. One can buy groceries in Hauge. There are a few eating places there as well. Be sure to visit Sogndalstrand and walk through the village (classic photo can be taken from the pedestrian bridge).

The view was beautiful. It was close to town. the house was very comfortable. I had family that lived near by that made this even better.
