The house was super clean. They had a lot of stable items there like coffee, salt and pepper, popcorn, etc. I can always tell if a place is really good when I use their toilet paper. They had really nice toilet paper - not the cheap stuff. It was in a nice location. I would not say it was for a romantic trip - but for a group of friends to have a good time, it would be perfect. There was a pool table and you could play ping pong. We also appreciated having Netflix, Hulu and other choices for TV watching.

The location was private and in a beautiful area with the river practically out the back door. The layout of the cabin itself was great with everything as it looks in the photos. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great and being able to sit out on the deck overlooking the river in the morning and at night made the cabin even that much better. Owners were incredibly responsive...We arrived late on a Friday evening to find that the pin code for the entrance was not working for some reason. I messaged the owner through the app and also called and left a phone message. Owner responded within 5 minutes and was able to reset everything for us and we were able to enter. We will definitely be staying here again on our trips back to NWA and will definitely recommend to friends.

Super clean, comfortable, quaint and peaceful place near the lake and lots of outdoor fun. We were there for a very rainy baseball trip and this place was a wonderful reprieve and a great place to reset and rest.
