I like that it was spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. Also very close to outside activities (park, mall, restaurants, grocery stores).

We did like the house all to ourselves it allowed our 4 year old to run around, but the property seemed to be unfinished. the off street parking was a carport with a garage door to the alley for privacy and safety, but it had a pile of rocks that we had to move over to use it. the house it's self was nice but still appeared to be in need of more work. the front and back door locks needed insulation and reinforcing. the bath room needed to be cleaned, and a handicap rail installed near the toilet, it had an enclosed back porch but it had several broken windows. the floors needed to be swept, and the cob webs should have been gone. But it had everything we needed. It just needs to be finished, the back yard has blocks that are loose which need to be fixed, and red ant hills on the rear side patio area
