This house had the perfect amount of space! The patio and backyard areas are top tier!!! What I loved the very most was the communication between Caleb and I. He made sure we had all instructions, directions, and recommendations needed to ensure we had a great stay.

The location was great. It was an easy and fun stay. The master and living room had a good view of the ships going by. Each bedroom had a bathroom, so it gave you your own privacy. The kitchen, things were labeled and easy to find. The fridge was nice and big to store our items. I would recommend staying here. We will be back.

This house was perfect for what we needed! We had a group of 5 adults who all wanted their own room, and this was one of the few affordable houses that supported that. One person slept on the sofa in the game room. This bed was quite firm, but at least we were all able to have a separate room. We also loved having the outdoor space right off the kitchen. We had breakfast out there every morning. There is a large table with 8 chairs and a grill (we didn't try that), and pretty string lights for evening. The location was perfect for us - a quiet residential area in between Tybee and downtown. The house also had a closet full of things for the beach (2 chairs and a couple umbrellas that attached to the chairs) that we used. There was also some baby stuff that would be helpful for those with young children. The host was very communicative, checking on us daily to see if we had any issues or needed anything. There was a keypad on the front door, so arrival was easy. Overall, a great experience!

Very great space for the price! Amazing location. Minutes walk from great food and coffee. Felt very safe staying here. Host was very communicative and made sure all my needs were met.

We had a fantastic trip! We enjoyed the fresh air and sun without having to even leave the property! The location was great! It is walking distance to the grocery store and carry out! There is a Mexican restaurant close by that that is amazing! Friendly owner and everything you could need in a place! The beach is really nice as well! I would love to come back and stay again!
