His thoughtfulness didn’t stop there—as we prepared for a day trip, he surprised us with a bag of complimentary local snacks for our journey, a gesture that added a sweet touch to our adventures. Our room was a sanctuary of cleanliness and comfort. Impeccably tidy, with crisp linens and a minimalist yet inviting design, it offered respite after days of exploration. The standout feature? The powerful air conditioning system, which provided much-needed warmth against Fenghua’s frosty temperatures. We returned each evening to a toasty, cozy room, making the cold outside feel worlds away. Small details elevated the experience: fast Wi-Fi, a quiet ambiance, and a hot water kettle for tea that complemented the snacks. It’s clear the staff prioritizes guest satisfaction, blending practicality with heartfelt hospitality. We have stayed 3 days in this hotel, and Lucas had made itinerary for us during our stay to explore all point of interest in Zhangjiajie. He knows exactly how to avoid long queue so we really can optimize the time that we had. For the first time visitor to Zhangjiajie and want to get maximum of your time, enjoy as much as possible, I really recommend to stay at this hotel and let Lucas create itinerary during your stay here.

Free tour consultancy, ticketing service and car rentals are offered at the tour desk. The property invites guests to watch sunrise when the weather is ideal. The owner, Carol. She was really, really nice. She speaks English (difficult to find in China) and extremely helpful and friendly. She booked the entrance to Avatar mountains and adviced us about how to avoid cues (and it worked). She also waited for us to let us eat a delicious dinner although we arrived late to the hotel.

At the country house, every unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. We had have been this hotel for 7 nights. While we were in hotel and travelled forest park or other scenic spots, every staffs supported us in many cases. First of all, when we stay in this hotel we can contact to housekeeper in charge of picking up at airport, booking tickets for park entrance and ordering breakfast and supper at any time by WECHAT. If you are not familiar to Chinese letter and language, you can ask the housekeeper to book tickets or talk to taxi driver instead of you by WECHAT in English. Every staffs are kind and supportive even though they pay taxi fare instead of me when my Alipay got stuck. This hotel is near the "southeast gate" of forest park. You can walk through southeast gate in 5 minutes and take a shuttle bus to "水绕四门" from which you can go any scenic spot by transferring other shuttle bus. If you would like to go trekking to Jinbian Stream, this hotel is in the best location.

The people were very kind, responsive and caring during my stay. The room was clean and spacious, and had everything I needed. They even drove me to Zhangjiajie National Park each time I went and recommended a route for me to take. The inn offers dinner service as well, which was very convenient and tasty. They made me feel welcome and at home.
