The two villas were perfect! Perfect quiet location but still nearby to the town. Was very modern and comfortable and the sea right outside was beautiful!

Very cozy and clean apartment. Looks the same as on the pictures. Good bed and mattress. The apartment is very cozy really, we stayed for one night. It’s 15 minutes to the airport. We were satisfied🙂

The whole apt was lovely and well stocked. The location was perfect, set in a lovely village and a short druve to everything we needed. The veranda was lovely and the view was stunning! Highly recommend.

Housed in a 300-year old building, Palatakia - Adults Only combines traditional architecture with modern facilities. Lovely rural town, the place is simply amazing. And the owner made a beautiful breakfast for us. Will return!!

Here’s a quick summary: • Parking is convenient – right in front of the door. • Perfect location – a quiet part of a charming village, just a 20-minute drive from the sea. • Beautiful, quiet house – with a central patio and garden, ideal for breakfast and afternoon grilling. • Immaculately clean and welcoming – with thoughtful little touches throughout that made the space feel even more inviting. • Wonderful host – they even prepared a thoughtful gift for our son, making us feel like more than just another guest. It was a personal touch based on our prior conversations, which made us feel genuinely cared for. • Highly recommend! We spent two weeks here, and if we come back to Cyprus, we would definitely stay again. This is a big deal for us since we rarely return to the same place twice!

Sofronis, the owner, was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. You can really feel the personal care and pride he puts into the place. The entire staff was just as friendly, helpful, and warm, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free—especially as a family. The atmosphere was peaceful and authentic, offering a real taste of village life in Cyprus while still being comfortable and family-friendly. Everything was well looked after, clean, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax and enjoy time together. We created beautiful family memories here and would happily return.
