Set 1.5 km from the town of Koli, Kolin Lotus Cottages are located close to Lake Pielinen. These self-catering, semi-detached cottages have a children’s playground and BBQ facilities. This is our third time in Koli. We love it! Our Airbnb accommodation got cancelled on the day we had to travel and we booked Lotus Cottages last minute! We were so lucky! The location is perfect 5 min drive from the ski slopes, nearest restaurant and shop but situated right next to the lake giving us the experience we were looking for. The staff is amazing. They made sure we had everything including bringing us wood to make sure we were warm enough! We rented two cottages next to each other as we were a large group. The cottages were very clean and had everything you need, two bedrooms, sauna, fire place and most importantly the beauty of the quietness that you can experience in Koli. the kids loved it, played outside, we did barbecue for a couple of nights as the weather was not too cold and there are fire huts that the guest can use. Simply fantastic!

Matatagpuan ang Kolin Lotus Superior sa Kolinkylä at nag-aalok ng private beach area, shared lounge, at ski-to-door access. Great view, well cleaned and everything worked well. The contact person was easy to reach. It was super nice to swim in the lake after sauna. The pictures give a real picture of the house, extra plus for that.

It was a wonderful place, with all facilities. The full nature. The chalet was difficult to find, but we were lucky to meet the owner: she told us kindly how to reach the chalet. However, we had a very good stay.

The property is a luxury-with running water, a sauna, a kitchen with cooking and dining equipments, a TV, a radio, a microwave, fishing gears (which we borrowed from the host), fishing net, a boat, bbq facilities, a Finnish dart, a terrace and outdoor table for dining, and the most is the amazing view from the property. The location is not far from Koli National park and you can also book a horseback riding from them (if you wish, too- they have icelandic horses!). The property is ideal for anyone (solo traveler, couple, family, and friends) who would like to visit Koli. Also, the hosts are very friendly and very attentive.
