And the wine - you should definitely let Thierry do his magic and introduce you to the world of wines, as he's a sommelier. His wine collection is also just special, he got the best stuff from the whole region, no doubt.

The location was perfect with parking at the door. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Every possible item wanted by travellers was on hand including a washer and dryer. Roselyne, the owner, greeted you on arrival and offered food like bread, butter, croissants etc for guests. She was a marvellous hostess and I would absolutely commend her apartment as a home away from home in Amboise.
