The property is super clean, very peaceful, modern, calm, the energy is so calming and I’ve had so much rest since staying here. I loved it that much that I even stayed for an extra night. I felt very safe and looked after, the breakfast & dinner was delicious and there was so much food! Fresh local jams, fresh local meat lots of fresh fruits! Also I walked every morning in the vineyards and the hills was perfect 🤩 you must visit! Especially if you need peace and quiet - it’s the perfect getaway if you really value quiet and being in nature but in a more luxurious but understated & humble setting. Thank you George & Team 🤗

Our family with 2 teenagers stayed in Volakas Beachfront Suites for one week in beginning of July, 2024. It is a very beautiful property on the beach and at the same time you have access to a very lovely pool. As the property only has 4 apartments it is never crowded and it feels very private and relaxing. The property is literally on the beach so you can hear the waves and relax on your own sunbeds and just enjoy the fantastic scenery of the sea and sunsets on your private terrace. It was incredible to wake up and go to sleep with the sound of the sea. Location of the property is great, only 20min by walk to Rethymno old town and at the same time there are great restaurants within 5min walk and a minimarket next door with good assortment making the vacation very comfortable. Finally the service was extraordinarily! The hostess Athena really exceeded our expectations in hospitality, support and generosity making our vacation truly a fantastic memory. The whole family really enjoyed the stay and we highly recommend this accommodation to others!

It’s a very nice complex of 5 villa’s in a beautiful and peaceful zone very close to the city of Chania. The host, Pantelis, was very friendly and polite and offered us everything we needed, also welcomed us with a gift basket with sweets and wine was very kind of him. The place is also very close to the beach, 5/10 minutes by car, and there are a lot of restaurants and taverna in the neighborhood. It was a very nice experience and I totally recommend ☺️🙏🏻

We stayed in the villa with two adults and our 1.5-year-old daughter. The villa was very clean, spacious, and perfectly located. It’s just a two-minute walk from a beautiful beach with three excellent tavernas. The pool was ideal for a relaxing moment. The owner was also incredibly friendly and helpful.

This house is A++! Bedrooms: new furniture and comfortable beds, the ones upstairs have a big balcony facing the sea. AC units are included. Bathrooms: master bedroom has a jetted bath tub, the other 2 bathrooms have a multi shower head system, they are quite nice! The windows have to be opened after you take a shower to circulate the air. Towels and shower gel and soap are all provided. Living room: a big 80-in smart tv that you can stream shows, and the comfy couch is big enough for all 6 of us. Kitchen: electric stove, oven, microwave and gas everything you need to cook and eat meals there. Very convenient! Private pool: our kids swam daily in the pool since it was warm enough during the day. Towels and chairs were provided. Just need to keep an eye on little kids since the pool is 1.6 meters deep, and the floor will get slippery when wet. The pool is such a bonus for our trip! Laundry: there is a 2-in-1 washer/dryer that we used several times while we were there. We loved the convenience of it because we could do laundry throughout the vacation. We also didn’t need to pack much clothes since I knew we could do laundry there. Cleaning: they provided cleaning mid stay which was nice. Overall, this house exceeded our expectations, and our kids didnt want to leave.

Super for a getaway! Close to town, close to the good beaches, and super cosy and comfortable to sleep!

Limosa is an oasis in the middle of Kissamos. The villas are top notch: * modern design * fully furnished and incredibly well equipped * spacious rooms * comfortable beds * family/kids friendly (highchair, baby-bed, swimming pool for kids&adults, playground 8 min waking distance) * A/C and shutters in every room * easy walk to the center of Kissamos, supermarkets and many tavernas offering delicious food and great service. I wish this was my house! The staff have a friendly attitude and cleanliness is a top priority for them. No doubt that the villas are amazing but the soul of this place is Christopher. We appreciated his warm hospitality, his reviews about the local area (restaurants, bakeries, attractions, medic centers), his approach being on hand for our questions. But we were really impressed by his passion, honesty and commitment to go the extra mile helping his guests to feel home and establishing a real connection with them. We won’t forget our stay at Limosa and Christopher!
