Just a short drive away are some of the island’s best restaurants and beaches, making it the perfect balance of privacy and accessibility. The hosts were fantastic—warm, welcoming, and always available, yet respectfully discreet. It’s not cheap, but that’s the price of exclusivity. A rare gem. Worth every penny for what truly feels like a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Luxury Studio by the Beach, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! First and foremost, let me talk about the hosts. They were beyond excellent, providing warm and friendly hospitality that made me feel right at home. They were attentive to every detail, ensuring that all my needs were met and offering valuable insights into the local area. Their prompt communication and willingness to go the extra mile truly set this accommodation apart. The studio itself was nothing short of perfection. Spacious, modern, and tastefully decorated, it exuded an air of luxury and comfort. The attention to detail in the interior design made it clear that the host had put a lot of effort into creating a welcoming ambiance. It was equipped with all the amenities one could desire for a comfortable stay, making it a perfect home away from home. However, the real highlight of this accommodation was its unbeatable location. Situated right by the beach, the mesmerizing views of the sparkling sea and golden sand were just a few steps away. The sound of gentle waves crashing against the shore served as a soothing backdrop, ensuring a tranquil and relaxing stay. In addition to the stunning beachside setting, the accommodation was conveniently located near many local attractions and amenities. Charming cafes, restaurants, and shops were all within walking distance, adding to the overall convenience and charm of the location.

Ios Seaside house with sólsetur and small pool er staðsett í Ios Chora, 90 metra frá Koumbara-ströndinni og 700 metra frá Tzamaria-ströndinni. It was perfect place to pass the best holidays in Ios. I recommend this place if you want pass a quiet moment with crazy vue.

Very clean, amazing view, quiet, close to amenities. the hostess was one of the kindest and most helpful people I have ever known. The house was luxurious and very nicely decorated.

From the moment we arrived to the time we left we were treated like royalty! Way too many special moments to list but George & his lovely wife made sure we had all our needs taken care of!

Villa Giulia, seaview villa er staðsett í Ios Chora og státar af gistirými með loftkælingu, sundlaug með útsýni og verönd. If I could give Villa Giulia more than 5 stars, I would. Not only is her villa a serene slice of paradise, it’s an excellent location and the island itself is breathtaking. We could not be more happy with the amenities the villa had to offer and how helpful Giulia was- both are an absolute treasure to Ios. She is kind and considerate in her interactions with guests and clearly cares about her property- ensuring guests enjoy the villa to its fullest.

Gistirýmið er með garðútsýni og verönd.... The house is well-equipped, you will find all the facilities you need. Wifi is surprizingly good. The interior is nicely designed, clean and well-mainteined. Should you prefer spending a few days in a charming, uninterrupted environment, do not miss this place. Warm welcome both from the owners on arrival and by the gorgeous sunrise every morning. Great restaurant and a nice beach (Psathi) in walking distance. Coming to Ios, we would chose the Anthoula's House again without any further thinking.
