I can only say positive things regarding our stay in Alavastros. The owners are just the kindest people ever. They welcomed us with a delicious breakfast and they helped us with everything during our stay. They fixed the car for us, did our laundry, and suggest every restaurant and beach on the island. The house is super clean and they take care of cleaning and changing the sheets and towels. The garden outside is the thing we loved the most. We did every morning our breakfast with an amazing sea view. In general super relaxing place, super quiet. There are a few restaurants and beaches that you can walk to, but on this island, I would really recommend a car. Especially to go to the best beaches you need a car.

At the villa complex, some units are soundproof. We recently stayed at Emerald and had an exceptional experience. The suite was luxurious and well-appointed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. A special mention goes to Irene at reception, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Her outstanding service truly made a difference. Highly recommended!

Surrounded by pine and olive trees, a five-minute walk from St. Nicholas Beach, Alegria Villas Complex consists of self-catering houses overlooking the Ionian Sea. The elegant villas and duplex maisonettes feature a fireplace and free Wi-Fi. We rented a villa with private pool and we loved everything with our stay here. The house had everything we needed. The outside area was great. Lia and the staff was wonderfull and very helpfull. The house was located a few minutes walk from the beach, restuarants and shops. We would love to come back.

Guests can make use of the children's playground or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the sea and garden. it was paradise..located on northeast side of Zakynthos away from all the touristy congested things. you need to rent a car if you wish to see the island which we did from the airport before arriving. Katharine the owner and her staff were exceptional. we were greeted upon arrival once unpacked our host sat down with us on our beautiful balcony viewing the Ionian Sea and showed us a map of the island, places we might want to see and made several restaurant suggestions which we enjoyed.restaurant Bassia, Cave Daminas and steps from the villa Amoudi beach restaurant. the villa was cleaned daily and the ordered breakfast served on your porch was lovely. ( for 18 euros you had a magnificent selection of eggs, waffles, pancakes, fresh squeezed Orange juice, coffee, fruit, bacon,omelets, spinach or cheese pie. we also requested little sandwiches so we could take on our adventures during the day. we bought snorkels down the street and small local mini groc stores…every night enjoyed local wine purchased there. Friendly staff and it has its own beach front and lounging area… very private. This is the only place we would stay on Zakynthos and will recommend to everyone. Boat rental for a day- captains boat rental economy boat -no license required -the Sea water is the most brilliant blue we have ever seen!
