Wish we could have met Bill in person as very responsive and friendly on the phone. We were sorry we missed his visit and appreciated his nice note. The cottage was fully equipped and it was great to find scones awaiting us and some other sundries on a prettily laid table for breakfast the next day. Nice layout for two couples traveling together, even with a single bathroom. We enjoyed the fire and comfortable living area and well equipped kitchen. Had a fabulous dinner at the recommended Moran's. The country setting (including nearby donkeys!), with walks out the door, suited us and was centrally located to all we came for (such as the Cliffs of Moher by sea, the Burrens, St. Kilmacduagh, Leamaneh Castle, Ballyvaughan, Maumturk Mtns, the 12 Bens, Galway, Kylemore Abbey, Roundstone, Clifden). In wild and wooly weather, it was very good to head "home" to cozy lodgings.

Gististaðurinn Cosy Rooms in a Stone Cottage er með garð og er staðsettur í Galway, 6,3 km frá háskólanum National University of Galway, 7,2 km frá Eyre Square og 7,3 km frá Galway-lestarstöðinni. Ronnie was an absolutely fantastic host!! :) He helped with amazing recommendations all along the way, from food to activities and even the best places to park. He's lovely to chat with and just overall made us feel right at home. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and the room was the perfect size for the two of us. We couldn't have hoped for a better stay. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet spot outside of the city but that's still close to Galway and easy access to so much of the beautiful Irish countryside.

Plumgrove Pod Easkey er staðsett í Sligo, 37 km frá Sligo Abbey, 38 km frá Sligo County Museum og 38 km frá Knocknarea. We stayed in the pod for 2 nights. The pod really offers everything to make you feel right at home and is very clean. The shower is big for a small space and very nice. The little kitchenette provides everything that you need to make a small breakfast or dinner. The communication with the host was very easy and friendly. The view is great and the surrounding area is also very beautiful. Ennischrone is very cute and you can spend a great day at the stunning beach.

Accomodation was perfectly located for the retreat me and my sisters had. It was private. It had all the facilities needed. We had a lovely walk by the country road and also discovered a river. We did not meet staff but was we had prompt responses to messages. We loved it so much we would have to visit again.

My husband, two teenage sons, and I stayed here for 2 nights on a short trip around the West Coast of Ireland. The house had everything needed and is in a great location-just a short walk into town. Clifden and the surrounding area are beautiful with lots to do nearby. It was a lovely stay!
