This is an amazing & cozy stay with views which are out of this world. Very well located in the peninsula. Rooms were spacious, kitchen was well equipped. Host was generous to let us checkin early.

Property was on the way to Snaefellsjokull National Park fairly well situated for a first night stop after morning arrival in Reykjavik. No restaurants in immediate area, so either dine as you drive through Borgarnes or some place closer to the park. Beautiful views.

The hotel is cozy, with various living rooms reminiscent of an English cottage, perfect for enjoying drinks or tea. The breakfast was outstanding, the best we had on the island. Dinner was also excellent.
Very cosy cabin
Booked it last minute during the road trip and it exceeded my expectations. It's a very nice, family-run hotel in the countryside, around 10 min drive from Stykkishólmur. The atmosphere is so cozy, they have good breakfast and dinner options, though I did not try them myself.
We enjoyed our stay so much, we stayed 6 nights and even though tiny space, we had everything we needed, cottage was so comfortable and cozy. Host was so nice and welcoming. Food was so delicious and good quality. Thank you for amazing Christmas!
Lovely cottage in a superb location by the coast. Very comfortable and had everything you needed. The village was very small which was part of the adventure.
The best thing was the dinner we had at night. Everything excelled our expectations. It was a buffet with fish with lobster sauce, lamb ribs with gravy sauce, perfectly roasted chicken, salads, potatoes, fresh baked bread and all you could eat. The cabin was cozy with a farm view and very quiet.
Charming room in a little chalet, small but functional. Just next to the beach, in the middle of the countryside. The owner was very nice! The staff recommended interesting spots to see around the peninsula.
We had an amazing lodge, fab view over the mountains, it felt very secluded and private. The cabin has everything you need, and although it has a kitchenette I would recommend the restaurant for dinner and breakfast, as both were very tasty.
Big cozy cottage. Enough furnished for breakfast.. We had an excellent dinner at the restaurant , the cook was very friendly! Very nice stay overall, thank you!
