The apartment is in a very convenient location - just 5 minutes walk to the city center and 10 minutes by car to the airport. We parked our car in Francesca's closed yard. It is very safe and convenient. The apartment is modernly furnished. There is everything to make you feel at home away from home. The hostess had prepared drinks and snacks for us. We regret that we only spent one night here. It is worth noting that the apartment has a ventilation system, which was not available in other places we stayed during our 2-week trip in Italy. We will definitely return to Pescara and definitely stay at Francesca's place.

The building had been fully renovated with lovely preservation of (we assume) some original features. There was a washing machine with powder provided and host was very attentive and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. Supplying the WIFI code and offering to turn on the heating as it was chilly. Some provisions were supplied including milk and coffee, which were appreciated. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfy.
