Nestled in a quiet, serene corner of nature, the environment itself feels like a gentle pause button for life; crisp air, peaceful surroundings, and a calmness that seeps into your soul the moment you arrive. The vibe of the place is warm and comforting, like a cozy winter postcard come to life. Every corner feels thoughtfully prepared for guests who want to slow down, breathe, and simply be. Inside, everything is thoughtfully prepared: from the bed warmer and carpet heater that keep you snug even on the coldest nights, to the reliable water heater, toilet bidet and the overall cozy home feel that makes you instantly relaxed and at ease. What truly made this stay exceptional, though, was the host; ahjussi, ahjumma, few cats and 2 cute dogs. Kind, attentive, and genuinely warm, they made us feel less like visitors and more like family. Every interaction was filled with sincerity and care, and that human touch turned a beautiful place into a heartfelt experience we will always remember. There is a small bittersweet note to our story as when we arrived, most of the heavy snow had already begun to melt. Just days after we left, it thickened again. Still, on our second day, we were blessed with a gentle snowfall. Watching the flakes drift down in silence was pure magic, even if it wasn’t quite heavy enough for full sled play. It felt like nature giving us a soft whisper of winter, just enough to make our hearts flutter. Sisilli Pension is a place of warmth, peace, and quiet wonder. Snow or no snow, it gifted us memories wrapped in calm, kindness, and a little bit of winter magic. We left with grateful hearts and beautiful memories.

Terrace on the Cloud er staðsett í Daegwallyeong og býður upp á gistirými með eldunaraðstöðu, verönd og ókeypis WiFi. Léttur morgunverður er í boði á hverjum morgni í orlofshúsinu. Very clean and well-equipped apartment. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Great location, and the view of the stars at night was amazing

Casa Seorak Bed and Breakfast er staðsett í Sokcho, í aðeins 2,1 km fjarlægð frá Mulchi-ströndinni og býður upp á gistirými með sjávarútsýni, ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði. Location was a short 15min drive to the Seoraksan National Park, very convenient if you are driving. Apart from the food recommendations by the host, there is also a nice bakery cafe Seoraksanro nearby. The room was big enough to accommodate 2 adults and 5 kids (ages 2, 6, 9). Host also provided a high chair for my baby. The family suite had a 2nd floor but we didn't use it, mainly to protect the kids. The jacuzzi worked well and was a treat after a long day out. Host was very kind and helpful, made us feel very comfortable. My kids looked forward to his simple yet wonderfully prepared breakfast everyday.

Set in Chuncheon, Golden Stay is a recently renovated accommodation, less than 1 km from Chunghon Geulin Park and 2.4 km from Kangwon National University Chunchoen campus. Great apartment with lots of space to sleep for 5 people. Well equipped kitchen, washing machine. They arranged a parking place in front of the entrance on the street. We could store our luggage earlier than check- in Time. Really convinient.

Bow Hanok House er staðsett í Gangneung, 28 km frá Pyeongchang Olympic Plaza og 2 km frá Gangneung-stöðinni og býður upp á loftkælingu. Whole house. Nice garden. Nice patio.

Odaesan Moonlight er staðsett í Pyeongchang og aðeins 18 km frá Pyeongchang Olympic Plaza. Boðið er upp á gistirými með fjallaútsýni, ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði. This is the perfect location for doing a hike on 오대산 mountain. The bus goes from this place to the temple where the hike begins from. There is also a bus to Jinbu the closet town with a supermarket but buses do not run at night. It was clean and had a common kitchen for cooking. Although there are no chairs and table in the room they had a front veranda area where you can sit with power as well.

CHAEUL Pension er staðsett í Bongpyeong-myeon-hverfinu í Pyeongchang, 41 km frá Pyeongchang Olympic Plaza og 2,4 km frá Geumdang-dalnum. Boðið er upp á garð og útsýni yfir innri húsgarðinn. Superb host. Superb stay. Excellent facilities with snooker and campfire . Kids loved the place. Ample parking . Host made superb coffee. Very beautiful and serene place within plantations. Will surely return. Been travelling in Korea for 10 days but this is the best stay.
