Asanka, Cha, and the rest of the team are warm, intuitive, and quietly brilliant. Returning to your cottage feels like the fairies have been — everything clean, calm, and glowing. It’s the kind of place that makes you breathe deeper, sleep better, and believe in the goodness of people again. I travel a lot. I’m extremely picky. The private villa comes with living and dining areas, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower facilities, toiletries and a spray bidet. The kitchenette comes with a washing machine and a fridge. We spent here only one night before our flight home, but next time we will come for more nights. The room was right next to pool, room was spacious and clean, wifi worked perfectly. We easily ordered a taxi to the airport and even got the take away breakfast because of our early flight. Thank you for arranging everything :)

Run by a local family, Villa Shade is a charming and peaceful property surrounded by green gardens, just 4 km from Negombo City. Bicycles are available for rent, while traditional Sri Lankan breakfast is served upon request at an extra cost. Beautiful garden with home grown fruits, the staff is out of his way to assist, the room is perfect and the swimming pool is an amazing treat! Great breakfast and very quiet, calm vibes. We wish we could stay longer.

The villa had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and a peaceful outdoor area. It was the ideal spot to unwind, with just the right mix of privacy and comfort. The staff was helpful and made sure our stay went smoothly from start to finish. If you’re looking for a relaxing escape with great amenities and a beautiful pool, I highly recommend Sun Villa. I’d definitely love to come back!

I had a great two-night stay at this lovely villa. The property was clean, comfortable, and had all the facilities we needed for a relaxing stay. Even though the host, Mr. Lalith, was unable to be there in person due to an emergency work commitment, he stayed in touch with us throughout. He regularly called to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly, which we really appreciated. His care and attention, even from a distance, made us feel well taken care of. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and well-managed getaway!
