This area SL low key not all built up, quieter! The great breezes make it kite surfers paradise, and the breezes make the huge covered porch a nice place to hang out.. The family that manages very helpful, content & beautiful. They make good food, and help arrange local needs. The first night I stayed in budget room, but then upgraded for 2 nights to the larger cabana because it has better cross ventilation & surfaces to put things on. Both size rooms have your own porch with cushioned seating. Neither rooms have a/c but you don't need it with the good breezes & room fans.

Boðið er upp á garð og loftkælingu. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Royal Villa Marawila! The villa is very spacious and comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The facilities are excellent—everything from the microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, to the PEO TV connection made our stay even more convenient. The washroom was perfect, and the beds were super comfortable, giving us great rest every night. Overall, it was an extremely satisfying experience, and we highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay in Marawila!

Rivershore Villas er með sundlaugarútsýni og býður upp á gistirými með svölum, í um 3 km fjarlægð frá Kammala-ströndinni. Villan er með sundlaug með útsýni, garð og ókeypis einkabílastæði. Loved everything about the stay, we had the place to ourselves and were really spoiled by the hosts. It was like we were staying with family. The property is situated on the banks of a lovely river and we spent breakfast watching the Red Eagles play. The main street with plenty of restaurants and shops is around 15 minutes walk along quiet streets which are mainly unlit, so think about a small torch if walking back at night. We only booked for a couple of nights before moving further south but could easily have spent a chilled week here. Would definitely recommend for those seeking a bit of solitude and relaxation. The owner drove us in to Nogombo one evening, which was very kind of him. He was a lovely man and rightfully proud of his hotel, the staff were excellent as well.

'The Suite' by Wildhideaway er staðsett í Wilpattu, 35 km frá Kumbichchan Kulama Tank, 35 km frá Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi og 35 km frá Kada Panaha Tank. Wow, what a little gem this place is. Highly recommend letting the Wildhideaway team look after you while you visit Wilpattu National Park. The suite was very spacious even for a family of 4. The bathroom was huge and modern with a nice hot water shower. The plunge pool was delightful, so refreshing. Location was so quiet and the air conditioner worked perfectly so made for very comfortable sleep. They arranged our full day safari at a good price, we didn’t need to do anything but turn up. They packed breakfast and lunch for us and then had dinner ready when we came home! The thing that made this place so special was the warm and friendly service from Anta and his team. Always there with a huge smile, making us feel so welcome, and the food they made for us (as vegetarians) was SO delicious, the best we’ve had in 3 weeks in Sri Lanka.

It was tiny but comfortable accomodation with carefully maintained facilities, the host do not worry to help you going extra mile. The place is beautiful with little bit of landscaping. Offering free WiFi and an outdoor pool, Twin Waters Resort is situated in Chilaw. Free private parking is available on site. All units have a satellite flat-screen TV. A beautiful place, away from the noise and busy streets. Perfect for relaxation. Beautiful surroundings, a view of the ocean from the resort restaurant, and a view of the lagoon from the terrace of the house. The room is large, comfortable, European standard. The owner is cheerful, friendly and very talkative, but also imposing. The resort literally borders on a long, beautiful beach. The area is also a fantastic place for bird watching. a place worth recommending

Khomba Beach House er aðskilin einkavilla með 2 svefnherbergjum og eigin einkastrandsvæði. Hún er staðsett í einkagarði sem er 2,4 hektarar að stærð í Alankuda. Absolutely stunning property with a beautiful beachside location, the outside shower areas are fabulous .Staff are amazingly caring, the food is also delicious. Felt like royalty! People of Sri Lanka are warm and friendly. Local diving in Kalpitiya is a must. Hired a tuk tuk for a true Sri Lankan experience. Wildlife at the house is truly incredible, so many birds and other creatures.Thank you Sisira, Indrani and Rokshan! The driver Serangha is caring polite and amazing too! 100% recommended.
