We spent our last three nights here during our trip to Montenegro, and it was exactly what we needed. The place is compact and modern, with breathtaking views of the mountains. Our apartment was fantastic, complete with a terrace where we enjoyed every evening. The hosts were kind and ensured we had everything we needed. Highly recommend—10/10!

Lovely, quiet place and excellent ecological food. The hostess is very welcoming and everything was arranged smoothly. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Very cute and cosy villa easy walking distance to the lake. Equipped with everything you need to stay/cook. The manager of the place was amazing. Got his friend to pick me up from the bus stop when I had no idea where I was going and even gave me a lift back later at night in the dark when I needed. There's a walking track you can cut through over the train racks between the house and Virpazar so you can miss most of the main road which is sketchy at night. A massive thank you for such amazing hospitality! It's been the best stay in Montenegro yet :)

This is a very nice family farm, great location of all green around and even a view of Skadar Lake. The family is very friendly, doing best for your comfort and helping for any need. Rooms are nice, dinner great.

A stay which is much more than a stay! Marko is a wonderful and generous host that goes out of his way to make your stay an amazing and unforgettable experience! The house is beautifully situated in a rustic area right next to Skadar lake and the view from the balcony is superb. the place is comfortable, clean, cozy and absolutely lovely! I also highly recommend taking Marko’s boat tour. He starts early in the morning when the light is ideal, and the lake is all yours, before the crowds appear.

It was cosy, super clean, situated in a lovely garden, quiet yet central, just a short walk away from the Virpazar bridge, and has everything you could need - two A/C, a super comfortable bed upstairs in which we slept like babies, a curtain you can close so you’re not woken by the light, a fully equipped kitchen and a really nice bathroom with a great shower. The host thought of absolutely everything. We really missed this place after we checked out.

Quiet and surrounded by nature. Everything you need is available in the house. The pool was lovely and clean. Babybed and high chair were provided for our little one. Very friendly and helpful owners. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast.

Birds singing, swallows flying overhead, turtles strolling through the grass, dragonflies buzzing, and mountain air so fresh it makes your head spin in the best way. The cottage itself is a dream. Everything is thoughtfully curated and made with care — nothing “just for show,” but rather warm, cozy, and full of charm. Beautiful dishes, lovely decor, and even multi-point lighting that’s been designed to the smallest detail. It’s an eco-friendly house with stylish wooden furniture made from real logs — think “modern forest cottage” rather than “old ranger’s hut.” Traveling with a dog, like I was? There’s a dog bed and bowls. Coming with a baby? There’s a crib and a baby bath. Every need has been anticipated. Outside, there’s a private terrace, a barbecue area, and an unforgettable view. To welcome us, a bottle of homemade rakija and cold beers waited in the fridge. Later, the host Ivan brought us his own homemade wine — and it was amazing! Ivan was always available, checking in to make sure we were comfortable. He also offers boat rides, kayaking on Lake Skadar, and can organize breakfast if you’d like. This is a place where time slows down, where local hospitality shines, and where you don’t have to sacrifice a single bit of comfort. Trust me — you won’t find anything like this, at this price, anywhere else in Montenegro… or maybe even in all of Europe.
