The house is modern, spacious and very clean. It has a good kitchen where we prepared meals and a seperate large bedroom and bathroom. The pool is lovely to cool off in after a beach visit. Sandy was also able to organise diving and snorkelling for us through Scuba Mau which we thoroughly enjoyed.

We liked the location as we wanted to stay far away from crowd and big hotels. It was perfect, as very quiet and close to the east side of Cozumel that is the best. And the breakfests were amazing. We did not try dinners, but I am sure they were delicious, too. Bianca and Diana were the best. All communication was good and in English. Thank you so much! Muchas gracias :)

It was very easy and safe to get the keys. We met the owner at the entrance of Casita del Arco. Manuel, the owner, is a great person. We arrived late to the property, and he, very kind, met us without any problem. He showed us Casita del Arco and explain with a lot of detail all the amenities of the property. He also have written instructions. Casita del Arco is a very nice property, very clean and agreeable. We had a very pleasant stay, very relax. The area is very quiet. If you want to avoid the noisy and loud tourist area, this is a great place to stay and sleep comfortable. The garden is beautiful and Manuel was generous to shared with us a coconut cut it directly from the tree. We enjoyed a lot our stay and the conversation with him. Thank you again Manuel!

My kids are ages 2 & 4 and they loved the pool so much. They also enjoyed the little playground area. I loved that the whole place was gated and fenced in. My kids could run around unattended and I felt really comfortable with that. It also had 3 houses so it was perfect for a small group of friends or family. They also had pans, pots, plates, bowls, and all extra kitchen utensils you would need to use. We didn't have to buy anything and that was a plus coming from a different country.

It has something for everyone. Do you have teens? There is a basketball, volleyball court with high walls. There is a pool table too. The pool and water slide are fun for kids. The kitchen is well equipped and a delight to cook in. Two very large bedrooms with en suites and a queen room without. Watch out for changes of elevation between rooms ie steps up or down.

The condo was in a terrific location, and is a high rise, so easy to spot even at night. There was reception during the day and evening, which was welcome security, although I never felt unsafe walking in town. Everything was immaculately clean. It was nice to have a rainshower, working AC and Netflix after being in small towns without these amenities. The owner has paid attention to details. High- quality towels, including beach towels, and even an iron/ironing board.

We had a very nice stay at Mima‘s Village, a place little outside of the main tourist spots with a great view in the sundowner. Some people came to that beach place just for this. Short walks to beach clubs for snorkeling or food. Recommended to have a scooter or jeep to come around. Small issues on the first day (shower/air condition) were immediately fixed by friendly host Memo. Free purified water in the room. Best value for price in Cozumel!
