The roo s was gorgeous, as depicted in the pictures. It has everything what a household needs. Enjoyed a lot the fact that the bedroom is separate from the kitchen / living room. Likewise, the small pool on the balcony is a nice refreshing touch. Enough privacy provided and the surroundings are calm and quiet, perfect for relaxing. Plus the bed sheets were so soft, you would say that you are sleeping in clouds. As we had a car, we had no issues with the location which is a bit remote, in a new area where lots of buildings are getting ready to open their doors for guests.

Honestly, where do I even start! This place is stunning. From the moment you arrive it just feels special - the design is clever and elegant, everything flows beautifully between indoors and the garden, and the whole vibe is luxurious without feeling over the top. The interior is gorgeous - modern, thoughtfully decorated, and incredibly well equipped. Complete kitchen with everything you could possibly need, air conditioning throughout, a huge walk-in closet, large TVs, super fast WiFi, and wonderfully comfortable beds. They've even thought of the little extras: a cooling box and foldable chairs for beach days, BBQ equipment, games, shaded parking, and an electronic lock for easy access. The garden and pool are wonderful - perfect for switching off and relaxing. Sunbeds, outdoor furniture, everything you need to just unwind. The neighborhood is a new development, so there is some construction going on nearby - but it never bothered us at all. We were out exploring during the day and by the time we got back it was all quiet. And Ana! She is just a brilliant host - super responsive, full of great tips, and went the extra mile by sorting us out with discounted day passes to the Akumal beach club. Little touches like that make a big difference. Paradise on earth. We didn't want to leave.

Rosie was amazing! She took such good care of us and was an amazing cook. She entertained our terrible Spanish and told us all about life in Balacar. She's a really special person. The lodging was great, too. We had a bunch of small kids and having a pool and enclosed space for them to play was great. Air con in each room was great for the steamy summer.
