The house is located about an hour outside of Lima, making it a great spot for a relaxing family getaway. For international travelers, it’s important to note that you’ll need a private car to access the home, as the road isn’t paved like those in the U.S. We had no issues since we came with two cars, but it's something to be aware of when planning. The host was very communicative and provided clear, detailed instructions for check-in. Be prepared to share ID information for all guests in advance — this is required for access. We had some last-minute changes to our guest list, and while everything worked out, it would’ve gone more smoothly had I informed the host earlier. That was on me, not her. Her husband was also very attentive and helpful during our stay. The house itself is spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for groups or families. The pool was great — kept at a comfortable 28°C — and we used the BBQ both days. There’s plenty of room for pets too, and ours loved having space to roam around. Once you arrive, everything is peaceful and easy — a true "tranqui" experience. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to escape the city and enjoy some quality time with loved ones.

Buganvilias is a well located house right outside Lima, we reached the location within a 40min drive. I would certainly recommend it. We enjoyed the calmness, views, nature and had a great family time. Our small dog enjoyed it too, and had plenty of space to play. I would certainly come back in my next trip to Lima.

The house was very comfortable, everything you could need was there. The shops, restaurants, pubs and beach front were right on your doorstep. It felt a safe place to be. The description of this house was spot on. The communication was great with the host.

Casa Junin is a fabulous place in a fabulous location. The setup is wonderful, with three comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a beautiful living room, dining area, kitchen and other spaces downstairs. The neighborhood is outstanding, right around the corner from excellent restaurants, a block from a wonderful park, and close to fun walking streets, restaurants and shops. The Wynwood team also arranged transportation to the airport and helped us out in other ways, As a group of 5 adults, we stayed there twice, both at the beginning wnd end of our trip to Peru. Everyone was happy to return and enjoy Casa Junin twice.

Agata was a great host who was very accomodating and provided very helpful information for our visit in Lima. Our room was as depicted in the pictures, it had everything we needed and good for the price. The private bathroom provided hot showers. The kitchen and terrance were common area, shared with maximum 1-2 other rooms, but in our case, we were the only ones using it, hence, this was great. We could also leave our luggage and pick it up later during the day after the check-out. The apartment was also very quiet, located in a safe residential area of Miraflores. Overall, great value!
