We stayed 4 nights and the host helped us with the excursion and the car rental when we needed it. The location was perfect to get to the scuba diving place.

All units at the holiday home have air conditioning and a outdoor furniture. Gorgeous atoll experience, laguna side, very tastefully decorated coast house right on private beach. Like overwater. Swimming, even some snorkeling right at doorstep. Crisp cleanliness, fully loaded fridge (consider it brekky included), even rice for cooking. Sunbeds, bikes (though ocean winds not supporting longer tours on single road). Dolphin watching in Tiputa Pass 8 mins on foot. Two small eateries open for lunch, dinner (until 9pm), small shop opens early but runs out of bread quick and sells no cane or rye. Nothing open on Sunday! Local diving club provides no snorkel tours to the nearby Aquarium site, contact DéDé Excursion (see Gmaps ) instead in advance for that (we checked with them late, unfortunately). Hosts are nice, even received suprises! Payment w/card an asset. Be aware that Vodacard SIM not working neither on Rangiroa nor Fakarava - choose else.

We have recently stayed at the Blue Lagoon Villa from 30 Dec 2024-3 Jan 2025. We had an amazing experience. Jonathan was a great host. Even before arriving to the Villa he helped us with renting a car, booking excursions, organise meals, always available a ready to help. Throughout our stay we really felt like home. Hélène, which was taking care of the house and supporting Jonathan with all the services was always available during our stay, from cooking meals, teaching our kids on how to fish, opening coconuts, getting us fresh fish, among many other things. The house is perfectly located with a private pool and beach on the lagoon. We could snorkel and kayak straight from the house with multiple fishes and blacktip sharks always swimming around us. The we planned to visit the blue lagoon (100% recommended), Louis, recommended by Jonathan, picked us up with his boat straight from the private beach in the house. The house has 3 spacious rooms and all the amenities you need for a wonderful family holiday. The kids were happy to use all the gaming gadgets and board games when resting from the sun, and we could enjoy music throughout the house while swimming or having a beer. Was really perfect holiday in a home away from home! Again, I fully recommend anyone traveling to Rangiroa with a big family and wanting more privacy to book your holidays at the Blue Lagoon Villa! Will be the best decision you will take!

Every morning, the host greeted us with a fresh baguette and fruits from their garden. The Wi-Fi is strong and absolute stable. There is a fully equipped kitchen. We could use their bicycles anytime. Transport from and to the airport was also arranged.

We used the kayak, made dinner on the fireplace, spent hours walking the tide pools.

Tauhere has done an amazing job on the space and the grounds.
