Super comfortable and unique, and the views were amazing. Breakfast is the best we had in Portugal, lots to choose from, and all the best quality. The owner Celina even went so far as to bake me a different gluten free cake every day. Definitely stay here, we were so pampered.

Tranca da Barriga - Casa do Vinho by Quinta De São Tiago er staðsett í Covilhã, 27 km frá Parque Natural Serra da Estrela og 27 km frá Belmonte Calvário-kapellunni og býður upp á bar og fjallaútsýni. Beautiful location and facilities, including the pool and winery with a tour explaining the organic grapes grown. The wine tasting with charcuterie tray was superb. We were thrilled to help with grape picking in the morning, receiving a basket of grapes to enjoy munching on. Each family member is friendly, kind and passionate about their business, also helping with the cheese factory location nearby.

The apartment was really much much over our expectations. It was like we were the first travelers there. Very comfortable, very well designed, and nothing was missing. The location was perfect. It was really quite area and very close to the center.
