What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the hospitality. Aunya, the owner, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She helped us arrange all our activities with genuine care and attention to detail. Our daughter turned 10 during our stay, and Aunya surprised us with the most thoughtful celebration—complete with a beautiful plate of candy and cake, a traditional white birthday bracelet, and even a printed photo of the moment as a keepsake. It was touching and unforgettable. We were also lucky to be driven to our activities by Veera, who was incredibly kind and accommodating, adding to the overall warmth and comfort we felt throughout our stay. The breakfasts were delicious, with a mix of continental and Thai options that we looked forward to each morning. In every way, Baan BaaLoo felt like more than just a place to stay—it became a meaningful part of our journey. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. It’s a true gem.
