Everything is new and modern with plenty of fans and aircon in every space to make sure you are comfortable during all times of year. Munir is a very considerate and helpful host who is there to greet you on arrival and when you leave (make sure you get his direct cell # upon arrival as different than listed in booking). Highly recommend for big group/family who doesn't mind a walk into stone town.

Each room has its own bathroom which is very handy. The dinning table is also handy and the very large kitchen makes it really good to cook a family meal. The house is located in an African neighbourhood about 20 minutes from stonetown. I loved the fact that I went back to the real Africa with lots os little tradesman around . In front of the house you have a seamstress that made some clothes for me. The house is very well cared for by the owner’s sister that will do anything for you. I was also very lucky to have an amazing taxi driver recommended by the owner. If you need a driver don’t doubt in contracting him for the day because he will take you around with no issue and is a very kind man.
