Where do I start with this review. Frank the host communication was 10/10, we received a lovely message with the key code and detailed information, you could tell from the message that Frank appreciates his guests and wants them to have the best stay possible. The location is great, the area is peaceful and quite, the odd plane taking off but that's to be expected due to the location to cape cod airport. The house is stunning, and great for 2 people or a family. The property is excellent for all year round stays. What you see on the pics is true but when you arrive you gasp that it's all correct and above expectations. If we do go back to Cape Cod we will for sure be renting with Frank again.

Very clean, modern and confortable. Very good instructions. We only had an issue using the oven. We tried calling and texting the property managers but I’ve never managed to join them and heard back. At the end we were not able to cook.

Location was great nice and quiet, love the patio and the bedrooms were big and roomy. Great bathroom. The down stairs was perfect living dining area and kitchenette. Also had a half bathroom downstairs
