Beds were comfortable, place was clean and stocked well for our needs. Loved that there is a garage—quite the bonus! Also, wished it had been warmer to spend time on the roof—nice view from the top. Great communication.

Lovely apartment, spacious, all ameneties provided, great shower, parking around the corner if needed. Safe, nice area. Easy Uber to Statue of Liberty and Hoboken train station, then easy and cheap to get anywhere by subway, so a perfect location in our view, too. Great pricing and welcoming owner. Very accommodating and great, quick communication.

Everything was great, Perfect appartment for our 5 people family. Quite big app with efficient A/C and comfy beds. Carlos is very good host, reacts very quickly and is very helpful. The style and all the goodies in the cottage are very on point, you can have a shower, a coffe, even a small desk toaster is available. Bed is really comfy and you have ac and a heater as well. The host is very helpfull and communicative, i lost my AirPods during my stay and she send them via post to Virginia. love it. Definitely a accommodation that is worth the visit during your nyc stay!
