the room was super big, proper, clean and near with supermarket, and restaurant (aneka rasa) so delicious and cheap. fyi brunei transportation system like 90 where they using an old bus that will cost 1 dollar. and surprisingly i wait an hour no bus come to the airport. the hotel offer 20 dollar for shuttle from airport to hotel and i think it was the cheapest. i cant install dart for some reason and ask the hotel to book for me when i want to travel around. better rent a car, it was quite cheap and the fuel price is cheap.

Staff were extremely helpful and went well beyond the call of duty. When i left my phone in the room they arranged shipping and customs back to the US for me and kept checking up with me to ensure that it was received successfully

There’s nothing to not love about the Lanes Hotel, Geographically located central to the country it also physically stands out proudly in the lovely town of Tutong, from reception to the room it’s an amazingly well run hotel, people make a place too and all the staff are amazing. I’ll be back for sure.
