It’s the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful and cozy design, the friendliest staff clean and big rooms. Our dinner in the restaurant was fantastic the wellness area offers everything one needs to relax. We’ll definitely return some day.

Royal Savoy Hotel & Spa is located in the centre of Lausanne and a 5-minute walk from Lake Geneva. The Fine Arts Museum is 10 minutes away from the hotel. -The staff in general and the receptionists were very nice and helpful, a special thanks to Mr Alex -The swimming pool and hammam were excellent -Nice breakfast

I book a room for one night at Bergwelt and 2 nights at Pinte Hotel, which is two of them is the same management. But luckily, they give us upgrade for 2 type of room, one of them with the fireplace, love it so much..and the view from the room is awesome

We learned from a taxi driver that this hotel was opened as a project, for individuals who found it hard to fulfill employment. This said, we were absolutely impressed with the level of attentiveness from the staff in all areas. Always greeted with a friendly smile and hello. The receptionist took time to tell us about some highlights about Lugano and what not to miss. The room we booked, was very spacious and very modern, with comfortable beds and beautiful view of the city below. The breakfast had an enormous selection of fresh and delicious assortment. The hotel also has it's own restaurant, witch requires reservation and is superb. This hotel and staff exceeded expectations in all aspects.

Sorell Hotel St. Peter has free bikes, fitness centre, a garden and shared lounge in Zürich. With free WiFi, this 4-star hotel has a terrace and a bar. I loved this hotel! I believe it has been recently opened and I hope they will continue delivering this excellent service. I particularly liked the large room and ambience, the fruit plate upon entering the room, as well as the quality toiletries provided. The staff were also very nice in every interaction I had with them, which was great.
