The owners were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay! The housekeeper was also very friendly and her work ethics are amazing! I also liked the fact that I could look out the bedroom window or lay down in bed and see the northern lights!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional especially John and Grace in the restaurant. Thea baked amazing gluten free bread and cookies. Vivio was friendly and excellent member of house keeping staff. The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfasts and dinner menu delicious!

Set 15 minutes’ walk from the town center of Ilulissat, HOTEL SØMA Ilulissat has spectacular views of the world famous Ilulissat Icefjord. Super helpful and friendly staff! The room is very clean. Free breakfast is very delicious! I will book it again if I go to Ilulissat.

Friendly and helpful staff made check in and stay a smooth experience, the restaurant was open from 5.30am til late evening meaning food and drinks were always available, the arctic spa hot tub was lovely to sit in and watch the sunset and the bed was really comfortable. It was also well located for boat trips, and a short walk into the town centre
